The strategic review of health management and planning and its relation to institutional planning is a general method to the comprehensive evaluation of the services of medical institutions. It depends on administrative review, which is used as a diagnostic implement to identify fields of hospital performance problems and to highlight clearly the strengths and weaknesses of health services delivery.
